This is the 2nd half of a two-part discussion focused on people pleasing. The first half Ep. 49 on Justine Carino’s podcast, “Thoughts from the Couch," aired on September 5th. I encourage you to listen to that episode, especially if you are a people pleaser burdened by anxiety, guilt, perfectionism, and fear of disappointment or abandonment. Justine and I draw connections between these behaviors and feelings so that you can begin to relieve some of these emotional weights and better manage your world.
