What ACTUALLY leads to change? It's usually one of two things:⁣

Discomfort⁣
or⁣
Desire⁣

"I'm in pain, and I want out."⁣
"I'm frustrated, and I want to feel better."⁣
"I'm bored, and I want to feel inspired."⁣

Knowing what the catalyst is for you can be powerful exercise AND can help you stay on track. ⁣

When we're ready for change there are 3 things we often feel, say, or do:⁣

We feel - Frustrated, Tired, Anxious⁣
We say - "Ugh!", "This has to stop.", "This sucks!"⁣
We do - Hit snooze, avoid, procrastinate⁣
