What ACTUALLY leads to change? It's usually one of two
"I'm in pain, and I want out."
"I'm frustrated, and I want to feel better."
"I'm bored, and I want to feel inspired."
Knowing what the catalyst is for you can be powerful exercise AND can help you stay on track.
When we're ready for change there are 3 things we often feel,
say, or do:
We feel - Frustrated, Tired, Anxious
We say - "Ugh!", "This has to stop.", "This sucks!"
We do - Hit snooze, avoid, procrastinate
